At Senior Floors, we stand behind the quality of our work.
We proudly offer a One (1) Year Limited Warranty covering workmanship and services related to your flooring installation, starting from the project completion date.
If any issue arises due to our workmanship during this period, we will correct it at no cost to you — giving you peace of mind from day one.

Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only to issues directly related to our workmanship.
- Pre-existing structural issues or building defects
- Excessive moisture, dryness, or poor ventilation
- Water damage, fire, or chemical exposure
- Natural wear and tear over time
- Improper use, neglect, or abuse
- Foundation movement or structural settling
- Failure to follow proper maintenance guidelines
- Any outstanding balance on the project
Proper Care Is Required
To maintain your warranty, proper care and maintenance must be followed.
We recommend following the NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) guidelines to ensure long-term performance and protection of your floors.
